How it works
ABOUT ANTHONY
I am Anthony Shefferly. I spent more than a decade in law enforcement, serving in a gang unit and on a tactical SWAT team for 10 years. Those years taught me what it means to operate under pressure, to make decisions when seconds matter, and to train my body and mind to perform when the stakes are high.
The truth is, I did not always get it right. There were times I overtrained without direction, times I ignored recovery, and times stress broke down my discipline. I learned the hard way that muscle alone is not enough. What matters is capability, resilience, and the ability to stay composed when it counts.
That is why I built the HEROICAPP. My goal is not to give you random workouts. It is to give you a system that builds real strength, sharpens focus, and reinforces the discipline to lead yourself and others.
This is not fitness for show. This is training for life.
